Did you guys recall if it had the hump in the bonnet?

I think this is the Audi Int one ..

Yep Totally agree, love the rib cage look of the 4.2 V8 FSI, but as mentioned above...the SC whine will be irresistible......for 100 miles lol

No visual alterations at all to the body as I remember it.

MTM managed to modify their SC in order to fit the engine bay without needing to add a bump to the bonnet. My best friend had the MTM SC installed on his black RS4. The car was a monster, however, it had some problems with the ecu and, it was almost impossible to drive it very slowly in very crowded city traffic. That together with some noises under the car (gear box) when spanking it really hard made my friend change his mind and sending the car over to MTM headquarters to take the SC off. He didn't drive the car very long with the SC (maybe 5-6000 KM) so I can't really coment on the reliability, but if you ask me, I would never mess with something that is already a brilliant engine.
