A great response, thanks. As to comparing you to other tuners, I don't think that was the case in any of the posts and if you go to the lengths of posting pre and post map dyno plots including VAG-com logs you'll be the first tuner who has done this which for me would give you far better credibility than most of the tuners available who do not offer such evidence.

Look forward to your postings on Friday.

Hi Everyone

Firstly thanks for all the interest in our thread .

Ok No Plots or data / vag-com logs until tomorrow.

But we can confirm the STD and C-C Phase1 figures.

STD = 303 ft-lb and 385 BHP

C-C Phase1 320 ft-lb and 409 bhp.

Some controversial results regarding the STD power but the percentage power increase with C-C Phase1 was as expected. With gains across the whole rev range.

The test car had 10,000mls on it and was totally standard.

More data and plots to follow

Many thanks

Er, am I missing something here -

Stage 1 for RS4 b7 quoted on your site

Stock@ 414 BHP then
Custom code "Phase One" 445-455 Bhp

I guess its a gain on the standard car but still very disappointing as I am guessing a lot of interest was because of claims on website.

Adding to that is Audi paying for the upgrade as they promised 420HP. Ill just add that was 420PS.

Is the other company doing your upgrade for free as they didnt deliver 445 HP.

Who is falsly advertising here and who is blindly following it?
Sorry but this just doesnt seem right and the idea that we havent got the horsepower claimed from Audi keeps coming up.

All off our B7 tuning was done was on a bench dyno, this is where we get our power figures from.

To put this to rest once and for all we are putting a standard B7 on a chassis dyno at Western Performance http://www.westernperformance.co.uk as they have one of the best dyno cells in the UK. We have chosen Western Performance because they have no relation to Custom-Code and they will carry out an independent dyno session. When we have the results from these rolling roads, which will be Friday, we will post dyno figures of both chassis and engine figures whatever they may read.

At the end of the day we are prepared and always have been, to back up our claims as needed. Any customer is welcome to contact us for more technical information.

Please do not make judgement or compare us to any other tuners without having all the facts.

We will also post VAG-COM logs of a standard B7 showing air flow, ignition and fuelling. We will also post C-C P1 VAG-COM logs with the same data. With a simple calculation of air flow and fuelling on a C-C P1 B7 then to compare this to the chassis or engine dyno figures you will see a direct comparison to air flow and bhp.

All this data will be posted in one go, hopefully putting this discussion to rest once and for all.
As said before in the thread the website figures were based from a bench dyno as are Audi's, these figures are from the Wheels

But the results are calculated as at flywheel from the dyno are they not, taken into account for transmission loss?

Need to know if this is whp or at flywheel.
I am guessing the later as transmission losses will be larger then that for whp for sure.

I've seen there A2L file and demoz file ( I think you call it that I'm sure James will put me right..) That allows the full modification of the ecu .
Just wait for one of the rods either crash through the bottom end or up through the head. Geez, hope you've got good clutch and tranny....

Hi

These perticular figures are @ the flywheel.

Personally i think the dyno was very tight with its numbers , however the percentage increase was pressent.

Cheers

Erm, so lets just run some numbers:

Percentage increase 6.23376%

"I think the dyno was very tight with its numbers" Did you really just say that??
