Been looking into RS4 badge for the steering wheel and the S button replacement, there's a good right up on here Gary pointed me towards.. Can't believe how much Audi want for parts though.. Think I'll just dig the airfix model paint out!

Couldn't help myself.. I have the braking strain of a Kit Kat! lol

New trim mate, you can't get the badge separately so you need the whole flat bottom trim. Couldn't resist , that scabby old badge was doing my head in hahaha

The S button is annoying me as well but there's absolutely no way I'm paying £200 for the 4 buttons and the trim round the airbag/horn.. I'll have to live with it..
Got mats coming today then that'll be the interior niggles done. Still discussing exhaust options with Graydon but I think I know what I want now, just need to raise the bunce!
Also wondering once I/we do CAF and decat will it need mapped again by MRC! Hopefully not, it's not exactly close..

wont need the remap for the CAF but if you remove the cats it will something to do with the rear lambda

I wouldn't pay 200 for buttons either tbh

Here's a few additions to the car in the last few weeks.


Driver's Aux rad delete and CAF install including flap delete and threw in a BMC panel filter. Took the opportunity to swap driver's rad for the passengers as it was weeping. The driver's is fairly new. Also replaced the old brown coolant tank.
















New Autostyle mats.





Non res non valved Miltek cat back











First time I've had a good look under the car and discovered this abomination on the DP's. Main cat delete but precats still in there. Apparently these are gutted.
Anyway these will be changed for Miltek decats next month.

Bit more flush now compared to the old wheel barrow look but I might adjust again..
Love the tone though, I can hear the car now, way too quiet for me stock. Can't wait for the Miltek DP's!!










Next up, starter motor replacement, lower the front a tad more and try get to the bottom of the clutch return problem.. Oh and decat DP's!
