Well my overseas work has finished,so i will see how having more time in the Rs goes, facing living in a half finished house project may also have an influence! Ive also considered the track car option it makes sense.

They've got no choice if they want to exist.HYFR wrote:doodlebug wrote:Jaaaaaaaaaag.HYFR wrote:Yep.... Massively tempted by the Jag in French Racing Blue

Re: Any owners thinking of selling and get......?
I've only had mine for a year so am not contemplating changing it in the near future. However, I've occasionally pondered what I'd replace it with, and have not come up with any answers. I like the looks of the B8 RS4, but the rather poor motoring press reviews put me off. The current RS6 is awesome but too big and well out of my league financially for some years to come. No other models in the Audi range interest me no matter how good they might be; the RS5 doesn't look good and the RS7 looks dreadful.
The performance of the C63 Merc is epic and it's sounds fabulous, but it also fails badly in the looks department for me; and I just don't like Mercs. Most Porsches aren't practical enough space-wise, and the Cayenne is a munter. I think the only car that might tempt me out of my RS4 would be an M3; just a shame they don't make a 4x4 Touring version
So I'll stick with the brilliant combination of performance, handling, comfort and looks that the old girl provides; she really is a great all-rounder
