I agree, they will use anything to avoid paying a claim, and hinestly, if you haven't paid by the deadline, they should not cover you

I opted out of elecronic transactions
they send me a bill

Well am pleased to say I received an e-mail from Admiral today and they are arranging for a full refund without the need to try the FSA.

Just rejected the renewal on the Mrs Mini - did a new online quote with the same company with all the same details
£200 cheaper - Result
Normally i couldn't be bothered but made an effort this time
