Afaik silver reflect light and conducts heat better than gold however gold has the edge in the infrared heat reflectivity.
one reason it was used on the Apollo missions for the lander.

What date is this trip? I can't be bothered to read through 14 pages to find out what I'm actually signing up for and when.

My comment was also taking the mick about the constant 'what date is it' question in the amd rolling road thread.

car is faultless and has 6 months left service 8months tax and MOT recent new MAF sensor and Oil Cooler upgrade and 4 new PS3 Tyres. FASH @ 67k Miles. I challenge you to find a better example! Not set on the idea but will consider doing a advert over this week to test the water! I dont need to let it go for any reason and a bit reluctant to be honest but will for the right person interested.

its going to be hard! just testing the water and if it sells it sells if not i will keep it! i said i would have it another 12 months before it went and im happy to do that if it dont sell this time around! I agree though they are an amazing car and it may be a decision i will live to regret but sadly i have to grow up eventually so want to experience a V10 then i will be happy to do that and start house hunting :beerchug: i may be back in the distant future but at the moment its prioritys that are winning the battle and sadly time waits for nobody

Good luck with the sale, looks ace!!

C6 RS6 is a totally different beast.

I also had a B7 before the 6....so can compare.

The C6 is a weapon but don't expect the agility and dynamics of a B7.

Although they say a lowered C6 is a surprise package(mine isn't lowered yet)

Only thing I'd do different if I was buying a C6 today is ceramics!!

Thank you :beerchug:

And cheers for your input! good to know! Lowering is something i always have to do with my cars so it will be in the pipeline! Lowering my RS4 transformed its handling as when it was standard i was not impressed with the lack of control of the weight in the bends but now its spot on and can throw it in at lot faster speeds
