Oh no nick. U had recently done so much to ur car to make it spot on and a keeper for a few more yrs. I think Uve got us all worried now, especially me, as I work in Leeds and park my car up in Beeston!! Thank goodness I've bought a run around now to use instead.
But are u and ur family ok and unharmed?

They broke in while we were out having dinner, snapped the lock on the back door, then hunted high and low for the keys, took some cash, my passport...? they got both sets of keys and an iphone and jewellery... although there maybe more... also took a laptop but decided to leave it in the garden... car was a stunning high mileage example, i had just invested nearly 2k for a new clutch... plus new RNSE and bluetooth as I had decided it was a keeper... other than being very sad, the wife and I are ok thankfully...

It did have a tracker fitted but currently it would seem its either underground or in bits as there is no GPS signal showing on the car... it could well be heading abroad, or being hidden for the time being who knows :( I have to say i'm gutted, this is not how I had planned to say goodbye to my RS4.

My advice to you all is invest in snap proof locks, get some dead locking or all your doors.

Thanks for everyone's comments of support

That's horrible news, Nick, although, at least, no one was harmed.

I hope everything resolves itself in the best possible way for you.
