Little hex = 5Nm

This must be the case as there's no way a new OEM would fit without taking my calliper off.

Another reason to purchase LOBA though :)

They look absolutely great - definately my choice for replacements.

200nm - thats like 150lb/ft... thats way beyond fookin' tight!
Amazing it doesn't strip the bolt/thread!

the issue is the rear callipers as it only allows a 22-21 mm thick disc from memory, so is very limiting there as AP racing don't do a rotor is that size, we can do a calliper upgrade and then discs but becomes costly, on the plus side the B7 rears callis would sell to the B5 boys to offset price.

The Phaeton disks are a straight swap? What's the advantage in using them?

No the bells have to be swapped over. I purchased these complete with pads at a good price so im really testing them out. Pros and cons to both, but major one is there is no drilled holes that can get blocked up and crack and also the cost, as there half the price of OEMs. They are vented so will still have the cooling ability of OEM.

Did not see your thread on fitting the phaeton disc's mate, As you know from my post on b7 rs4 section looking to fit phaeton disc's on my rs4 was wondering if any one reading this thread might no the vw part number for these disc's i think it's 3D0 615 301N and they have to be the 365mm disc's and i can get a new set for £348 all in but they are special order and can not send back so i need to be 100% sure before i order, I know the bells are different and i will need to swop to my ones over but as i say need to 100% before i order, Thanks Tim
