The RS4 kit is nearly finished but the S5 kit has broken the 600ps mark:

as i am looking at going this route more details of the kit/install would be greatly appreciated, my main concern, and its a major one, is that TTS failed miserably with and a friends charged busa which had major reliability and fueling problems, with the boost to fuel map seriously out of whack.

i would like to see the A/F curve plotted along with any power graph. the fact that MRC are involved does however fill me with more hope that this might be a good option.

Richard's ability to correctly fuel a bike at higher RPM's and allowing customers to then take the bike away only to discover that they are dangerously lean in the upper RPM band and then telling the customer not to rev above 8k does not fill me with great confidence, however i stand to be corrected.

here's hoping that this might be a good UK kit that might rival the PES install

All the mapping on this car is done by MRC. We have worked closely with TTS to get the kit to be as safe as OE.

We have fitted uprated high pressure fuel pumps to these cars to make sure there is enough fuel and to give us more headroom.

The stock ECUs have wideband lambdas that are used closed loop throughout the rev range on idle, part throttle and WOT. The cars are mapped to <beep> no timing at all, throughout the revs, to leave you with the maximum saftey of timing <beep> in the unfortunate case you need to put worse quality or you get a bad batch of fuel.

We have logged about 40 hours of dyno time(most are wot pulls) plus the roadtesting on this kit. We do WOT runs through the gears to redline in 6th on the dyno with super high load to test for thermal runaway.

I did some on the "test road" tests in the S5:

I didn't concentrate on the 30-130mph and 100-200kmh times and it seems you are needing to change gear just before the speed you are trying to get to.

Hmm,very impressive figures there. I could be tempted by this if it doesn't cost an arm and a leg,- which unfortunately it probably will. 0-100 in 8.3 !
I can hardly imagine having an RS4 thats almost as quick as my M400. Come on then Doug, whats a ball park cost for the full conversion?

8.3 to 100, that is quick

Out of interest what sort of power does the rs4 engine take before needing internal work?

That is well impressive, I take it you had to put a sachs clutch kit in there to handle the power ?

The S5 has a stock clutch and it slips if you catch it wrong.

There are very few options for the S5 just now - we have a Southbend(IIRC) uprated disc supplied to us to fit to see how that goes.
