I guess in your circumstances it works for you so all good, I know Lepsons in Kent the £300 for all four wheels is to leave your car with them, if you take the wheels only the cost goes down to £200. I woudl say however your guys are making an extra £300 on top of the cost at Lepsons as their cost includes tyre and TPMS removal/refit and Balance and storage of car
