i think you have 14 days to do it. it must be under warranty already.

This was the reason I assumed they let you do your DK and because it was already in warranty.

Be interesting to know if they do allow you the extended warranty if the warranty has already expired ie on older cars

My warranty also expires very soon and am looking at the various options. I have pretty much ruled out the Audi/Mondial product as it is silly money. WD seem to offer something comparable for less dosh. However, I may still "risk it" with no cover as the car's been fine - it's probably waiting until the warranty expires for all those warning lights to come on!

Does anyone know if the WD ExtraCare policy (for 06 RS4) provides a roadside assistance service similar to the RAC one included with the Audi product? The Audi/RAC product costs £94 per year which I think is a crazy price.
