I bought mine from http://www.gendan.co.uk/product_VCHU.html on Thursday and it arrived Friday. I got their web address from ross tech themselves as a genuine UK supplier http://www.ross-tech.com/distributors.html You get exactly the same support from ross tech. Not the cheapest but I needed mine urgently to realign my headlights and this was a quick service.

Work out how much a genuine Ross-Tech lead saves you, and you see it's a bargain.

I visit to Europe per year = 2 bills for £100 to have your headlights put into and out of tourist mode - saving per year £200. Even on this alone a genuine Ross-Tech lead pays for itself in less than 2 years.

Add on the ability to set the central locking, lights, RNS-E startup screen, clear/check codes for yourself - and I reckon I got the cost of my lead back in less than a year.

Plus when you've got a lead you can use it to earn beer doing the same things for other local Audi owners...

Let's not forget without Ross Tech there would be no VAG COM, the more fake leads sold the less chance there is of Ross Tech bothering to develop the software and then we'd all be 'cap in hand' at the f*ck wit stealerships drinking the most expensive free coffee

I got £500 of my car thanks to VAG COM revealing some fault codes - instant payback and more!

Arrived this morning. Certainly impressed with the speed they got that sent across from USA. Only ordered it on Thursday. No software included, but clear instructions where to download the latest version on the Ross-Tech website... Now lets see what health my car's in..
