It seemed a certainty that it was going to be a N/A 4.2 V8, but all seems very uncertain again.
I did have my name down for one but ended up with a C4s as it was taking too long. If it is good I will bail on the C4s.

hope the RS5 engine will not get carbon deposits or at least less

In some ways I'll be disappointed if it does end up getting the same engine as the B7 RS. While there is no question it's a great engine it has been a round for a while now. Let's hope they have further developed the FSI and EGR systems as well...that said, you can't beat a good v8 rumble :)
