:-) Hey Guys!

Thank you for your tips, particularly the "Think of different things to say to strangers saying 'lovely car mate'..." I got that at the SY Young Farmers Dinner Dance on Sat night.

What can I say, but O M G!
I drove it back from Donny to Wiltshire on Sunday night, and it was THE BEST Drive I've had. ever.
I am so pleased with it.
I picked it up on Sat from Hull Audi (cracking service), part ex'ed my Pug DB107 and rolled out of Hull and over the 'umber bridge into North Lincs... The look on the faces of the Bridge Toll Clerks as I drove away with the "S" pressed... magic.

On Sat being a bit daft I thought the petrol cap was on the Port side, so when I went to fill it up I was parked at the wrong side and not being used to the cars width I was parked quite wide in the space between the pumps... This guy rolls up next to me with his GF, I was stood there pumping gas at the wrong side and he winds down his window and says "have you got enough room to get in your car mate?" I said "yeah cheers mate" but didnt realise at the time, until my sister pointed it out, that he was been very conscientious with a deep respect for the car, if you know what I mean. Made me smile like a loon.

I went through Salisbury centre today, and there were some admiring glances, and as I went through the Market Place some Chavs were blocking the road while talking to each other, as if they owned it, I rolled around the corner, and they promptly shifted, but didnt seem to bat an eyelid at the car!

I love it.

I'll try and work this forum thingy and put some pics up for you.

Si
