quattrokid, it is you that needs to wind your neck in. Marcus has come on and admitted his mistake; I don't condone what he did but it appears he has made a mistake and will pay for it in the correct way.

I seem to remember public stoning went out in the dark ages. So shut it.

From reading Marcus's posts I hardly think he is treating it like that. He made a mistake, are you perfect? You never had a beer and thought im ok to drive? Cos there is a chance you were over the limit... you just didnt get caught...

No one is saying that he should get off or that our drink driving laws are stupid, I guess we are all trying to show some level of understanding and some support.

God help you if anything happens you want some support with... I doubt you have any mates!

You out of luck that night. Very hard to get out of this one. Not sure really if a private lawyer will be worth the additional expense. Who takes the RS4 for its lively sprints then ?,,,.....>>>

it was in a 7.5 tonner on the A9, I was told by the transport manager that 60 mph was the limit for that vehicle... its 50mph on that road, so first time in a 7.5 tonner i got caught...doing 56 hardly a land speed attempt!!

not quite an HGV is it?
first points in 22 years driving as well i hasten to add.
