Then I know it's nothing wrong with my $230.000 car (yes that's right). Even the Audi dealer could not tell.

Hello Larshs, you just have exactly the same problem I had with mine. These Audi engineers are not capable making at the same time a car that rides and looks well. I tried to get HR springs fitted by and Audi dealer, became a BIG mess with the DRC. After many discussions with the Audi warranty unit, went for a KW V3 coilover kit with HR stronger antiroll. Clearly had to take cost :-)

By the way, the car rides much better with this suspension, you will feel the car.

Did Audi recommend the HR anti-roll bar aswell or just approve your request for one?
Considering the KW V3 option myself so any info appreciated.

Thanks genova. You had the SS+ and not the standard suspension?

By the way, I was in Switzerland last summer visiting Novidem (testing their compressor kit for the RS4) and one of the guys tried my car. He did not have the SS+ and the ceramic brakes on his. He told that my car was much better to drive due to the SS+ suspension and the brakes, but of course not so powerful as his (with the compressor).

Hello, will try to answer both answers in once. I fitted HR sway bar on my own initiative. FYI, few weeks ago I fitted back the OEM anti roll to see how it handles; just forget about it, stiffer sway bar is a must when DRC is neutralized. Just to give on an idea, I am a quite driver and am looking for the stronger Hotchkis bars .-)

I had the SS+ suspension, ride and comfort compromise was ok, for me the issue was only 'aesthetic'; hate a car looking up on the front axle. After many hassle, I am quite happy to also notice a substantially better handling (with DRC, the car is kind of foamy and unclear).

Your brakes look nice, optional was a bit to expensive for me.
Regards
Marc
sorry for my english
