I read today that new legislation is due to be introduced (and will be in force by March 08), which bans all devices that can detect mobile cameras. There was mention of points and fines for being caught with one - although not sure you'll get caught speeding, rofl, as thats the whole idea.
Another way to screw the motorist, IMHO.

Now, wheres that postman with my pogo..................

Q. If its glued in how do you add new software/upload it?

Have a Snooper Sapphire and Snooper 950 Jammers, both work great.

Only the base is glued in, the unit slides on & off the base.

BTW it upgrades MUCH faster than my previous Cyclops, with a USB2 connection it's done in less than a minute.
