Other, less gay, snow foam products are available.

What's gay about shooting papaya scented foam out of a hose in preparation for a good rub down?

My brass thread with plastic bottle from cleanyourcar lasted 2 months I reckon. Went to a local detailing Shop and he said it happens a lot. Its not a chemical reaction.... just the brass socket wears the threads down.

In saying that, it fits most 500ml coke , sprite and fanta bottles. lol.
Saves buying a new bottle.

Maybe just a crap bottle I got but each to their own

Autorbrite sell spare bottles for a couple of quid. Having said that, I've not had any problems over the last few years and I change bottles during most washes and wash the car once a week plus sometimes the other cars too so it's had probably 200 odd screws / unscrews with no issues

Same, not sure how this can be? The brass corrodes the plastic? Sounds more like a chemical reaction.

Still have the old bottle and brass head so went out to see it there. The threads are as flat as a pancake compared to the new bottle. The old brass head fits the new bottle nice and tight. So its definitely the old bottle. Must have lasted 2-3 months top.
Only clean 4 cars once a week.

Must be a terrible bottle I initially bought , but went to procar, local car cleaning Shop here to buy a new one and he said that some of the brass heads with plastic bottles can terrible and the threads on the bottle "corrode".

His words.

Basically, my next snow foam purchase was not cheap. You get what you pay for.

Now I just snow foam, wash and wipe. New ceramic coating is a joy to behold and a joy to clean.

I assume from your first post it was a cheap one you bought in the first place?
