Don't they use the valve from Bentley ones or they did when I went to see them

As already mentioned, for turbo cars a big exhaust is good but NA cars like a bit of back pressure or you can start to lose torque.

I'd be weary of going for a 3" exhaust on the B7.

I've heard a few JCwelfab and they sound great but very loud.
