Audi, genuine mistake of trying it on??

I may be naive, and I know that main dealers will always do things the "right" way rather than "make do & mend" but I also doubt they are that desperate for work ? Judging by the huge new premises they have just moved in to near me I think they are doing very well by themselves - either that or they fleece so many mugs they have decided to build a bigger fleecing centre.

& even if you give them the benefit of doubt ,& you being a repeat customer, Very unprofessional & way to run a business
