Get in touch with Virdee Autos A member on here and he will sort you some decent H&Rs with the proper bolts if required. Decent guy to deal with as well

Yes I had 10mm on the front and they were awful. Removed them no issues. Now just running 5mm on the rear with 10J rims and SS+
