Im not sure Id rate camberley so highly. Rob was very helpful when he was there, but i had a couple of problems

One of the DRC pipes they replaced leaked several months later. These things happen so no great harm done.
Next time they put my front bumper back on incorrectly. They tried telling me they had put it back where it had come off. I had to point out the RS4 next to it was different. I had to go home, send them photos, which i fortunately i had of the car when i first bought it, to show the bumper was not where it should be.
Another 60 mile drive later and they still struggled to get the bumper on correctly, they tried to tell me it had been in a front end shunt and that was why they were struggling- i did have the car looked at afterward by a body Shop who do lambo's etc and they said it looked to them like original paint.

To top it off they broke the front light plastic grip strip too, then denied it despite clear evidence to the contrary.

Its a real shame as Rob was very good and pragmatic with warranty work/ good will from audi UK.

Warthog - Rob was indeed a great guy and that was the reason I initially went there. Now he's back up north, I suspect I may give this a try and indeed after hearing your experience:
