Get a proper fast Audi not a wheezy RS4!!!

A one with blowers or charger?

well today was the day they serviced mine and we got our hands on the sq5. must say it was very impressive and would pin you in the seat when booting it especially in dynamic mode and could run into silly speeds in no time.. drives really nice and firm and still averaged 36mpg. we have a vw touran for family stuff and the rs4 for my kicks and it did get me thinking this could be a 1 car do,s all type of thing and reduce the overall running costs. i could see myself in 1 maybe few years time however when i picked up the rs4 later in the day within a few miles all thoughts had gone as then realised that certain specialness from the rs was missing in the sq.

I run a 335D e92 year 2007 its actually for sale.

It's been remaped to 350bhp and is real tame to drive day to day it is torquey as hell though.

I have read horror storys of people munching tyres every 3k but 8mm on mind have done me 20k on the rears. (decent brand)

It gives me a constant 37mpg around 550 miles to a tank, worst was 450 and best was 700.

its a real nice car, however it gets zero looks. it sounds ok ish does not quite sound like a diesel in drive but at idle it does.

I would own one again

I was away this weekend on a +600 mile galavant around Scotland with a few mates, one of the cars in the group was a re-mapped 335 M sport. I had a shot for a few miles, for a diesel it is very fast, in a stright line up to a certain speed it is not far behind the RS4.

IMO, it was great in the dry, softer and rolls more than the RS, but in the wet the traction just isn't there. As someone commented earlier, that is why there is the niche models.

Bang for your buck its not a bad choice.
