Hi all, as Tony (PES's President) is still awaiting forum membership approval I'm posting here as PES's UK and largest international agent, Audi Superchargers UK.

Here is a copy of Tony's post on the audirevolution.net thread on Friday 9th where Sakimano started this rumour.
Hi Everyone,
I was alerted to this post and I wanted to come on and make a statement to set the record straight. I will not be responding after this.

PES is NOT out of business…. nor going out of business

We have been in the process of a big move as well as staff changes that will enhance our ability to create new and unique products. We have invested in new laser scanning and rapid prototype equipment. We have also added a new CAD Design Engineer, and master Audi tech to our staff. Admittedly we've struggled logistically during this move and as part of this struggle includes our lines of communication. Yes we are a bit behind on deliveries due to our move and supply chain from Eaton, however our clients have also been kept informed of the situation and most have been are very understanding. There is only one client that has laid claims on these forum threads and through ebay has requested a refund. We were in fact ready to ship to him however having seen him go public with his opinions (mostly non-factual) we feel it's best resolved by supplying him a full immediate refund. On a positive note this was the last of the M90 kits sold via an end of line sale, there were many who were disappointed to have missed out on this sale so this kit has already been snapped up by one very happy client!

For all our clients and anyone wishing to make enquiries we have our phone lines back up and running at 888-664-9951. Or you can contact us via email to tony@pes-tuning.com, info@pes-tuning.com, or the contact form on our website at http://www.pes-tuning.com, or via snail mail to our new address at 4942 national St., Philadelphia, PA 19135

I will finish by stating it's unfortunate that the clients like Marzz and others that post their extremely positive comments are ignored and/or put down, yet speculation and heresy are expanded to false statements about the company going out of business.

We will continue to expand our product line and grow as we have since 1997.

Thanks to all of our clients that have supported the products throughout our 17 year history
I'd like to add that I work closely with Tony and speak to him on a daily basis. I'm not going to suggest this particular clients communication was handled correctly but it has been rectified with a full immediate refund (this was PES's not the clients decision, for anyone needing to confirm this they can do so by reading the clients latest post on audirevolution).
As far as I am led to believe (and I have communication with most clients) there are no others with similar concerns, all have had recent communication, have been understanding and are happy to wait out the delay. IF I'VE BEEN INFORMED INCORRECTLY AND THERE IS ANYONE WITH OUTSTANDING ISSUES I WOULD PERSONALLY LIKE TO HEAR FROM SO THAT I CAN ASSIST IN RECTIFYING YOUR CASE. All my contact details are on our website... http://www.audisuperchargers.co.uk

Moving forward.... Despite all the efforts of a select few to run them down PES continue to growing and develop new products, here a few examples...

Whipple based supercharger kit for the B8 RS4, RS5 and B8 S5 V8 (Nov 2008 onwards)....

I'm sure many of you are aware Kim Collins of QS Tuning has one of these kits on his RS5. He also installed the kit on the above engine bay photo. Both cars produced 640hp and 640nm, here's the dyno chart of before and after from QST's dyno.
Image
Tony is coming to the UK end of May / beginning of June to supply both these cars with stronic tuning as well an exciting new upgrade for this particular setup. By all means anyone anyone interested would be welcome to come along and meet us at QST . We'll also be completing performance data testing during this week or our R8 and RS5 setups.
NOTE: Our other main UK dealer is Unit 20, a sponsor on this forum.

Audi Superchargers UK have also struck a long term deal to supply the PES R8 whipple based kits to http://tushek-spigel.com for their R8 engined supercars. Their new model the TS600 1100kg track orientated road car was recently launched at Monaco Top Marques...

In the very near future PES will also be launching the all new B7 RS4 and earlier B8 S5 V8 (Nov 2008 and prior) Whipple based supercharger kits...

So overall this is not the sign of a company going under or taking clients money and running :beerchug:

It seems hard for some to read.... As per Tony's post the phone lines are not still down, 'As in haven't paid the bills disconnected'. PES can be reached at toll free 888-664-9951, to add there were never disconnected for not paying bills, that is of course pure unfounded speculation.

The client is not waiting for a refund. PES refunded him prior to Tony posting on audirevoltion and wished him luck with the JHM beta test that he claimed to have been offered when he first had contact with JHM (sometime before Sakimano's original post on audirevolution).

PES do not and will not answer to Sakimano about their current location, why they moved and future plans for location. As usual I'm sure Sakimano will have plenty to say but we'll be closing the matter here.

P.S. To the forum admin / owners (Phil), a bit early than expected (we were intending to wait until the B7 RS4 and S5 kits where ready for launch) please contact me regarding forum sponsorship.

.
I didn't start any rumour for the record. PES customers who were getting the runaround shared facts. Pretty simple.

Spinner, I would suggest you seriously consider looking at the information shared. It does no look good and if customers are getting the shaft, drop shipping online advertisers like yourself won't be far behind. Hopefully you're not on the hook.

I have looked, I've also asked S4player after he'd made a simliar statement as I thought perhaps I'd missed it however he could only referred me to your audirevolution thread where there was a lot drama started by yourself and the one client who's situation has already been rectified.

As already stated if there are others that you are aware of please pass on my contact details and/or refer me to them ASAP so I can help get the matters rectified.

Sakimano.
Do you have any link to JHM personally? You seem to slate all other tuners apart from them.

I'm still waiting for sakimano to back up his rumour there was/is more than the one client already dealt with?

As for any ties he may have with JHM? How about logically working through the timeline of this mess...

1. Out of the blue sakimano lays claim that a "COUPLE" of people are on the hook with PES. Where this info comes from nobody knows... yet!

2. JHM very soon after post that they had a client onto them that was having similar problems and they'd link him in.

3. Client miraculously appears on the forum

4. PES received a message from the client along the lines of he needs to know if they are going to deliver as he has a opportunity to do a deal in the near future with JHM for not much more. The basis of this is then backed up by the clients recent posts on audirevolution last night that is obviously referring to my answer to s4players when he asked if the client was now looking to go with a different option...
More along the lines of... I need to know if you're still selling me the blower as theres a possibility I can get the JHM one in a few months for not much more.

Which I really am hoping is sooner then later.
Not exactly what I was passed on but it'll do to cover the point.

5. So clearly the client has been liaising with JHM, fine we've already been watching the audirevolution thread and guessed as much but this is the final nail in the coffin so decide to supply the client a full immediate refund and wish him all the best with the JHM option. This was then followed up by Tony with his post on audirevolution to admit failure of communication, confirm the matter has been resolved and categorically state the business is not in trouble plus supply new contact details.
6. To date and despite being requested numerous times no one else has come forward to add to sakimano's claims.

So lads make of that what you will!

If you dispute this sakimano then prove it wrong as so far its the only logical explanation. We really didn't want to go here but your persistence is basically forcing our hand.

Show us the 'others' that are also reporting these issues and where you got the information then I'm sure everyone (including myself) will say fair play. Not only that but personally I will ensure their matters are resolved, considering you lay claim to being so caring that these clients don't get ripped off surely that's all you are aiming for, isn't it?

However, if you cannot back those rumours up its time to apologise and move on!
