Problem with DRC and Steering - help!

Yes, 3+ years in London I didn't kerb one wheel and within 6 months of moving back to Ireland I had kerbed all 4 of them (has to be one of the most sickening car experiences).

Definitely a terrible sound! I did my previous car - I was late for a meeting and had to do a quick 3 point turn. Didn't quite have enough room and scraped the front nearside wheel. Was thinking about it all through the meeting as didn't have time to look at it until after.

Hurray! Just got an email from Audi Ireland which informs me that they are extending the DRC goodwill for 12 months (in which time the car will be 5 years)
they were firmly camped on their position to cover 50% only so I guess my email to Audi Germany went a long way! (cheers Gumball0r )
so if everything holds well till then, I will have a thorough check in March 2012 before the goodwill expires
