It would have been good if everyone could have posted their colour and model when adding name to list then we could see what was going (im still banging on about how many cabs are going) but still good if you see what i mean :D

just booked our room up...cant be doing 8/9 hrs driving in one day...and gives me and her time to have a look about..should be a good one fellas..well done caldy for finding this location and 22b for the organisation..
R8 gen1 v10 plus white. Larini clubsport valved zorst.carbon side flicks,and fixed carbon spoiler.
Previous..RS4 Sprint blue loon..milltek non-res valved.revolution carbon air intake kit.cold air feed.carbon clean.MRC stage 2 remap..led interior lights.dectane led rear lights.led drls.Argon carbon oil splitter,race style front splitter,B and C door pillars and engine bottle cover..KW lowering springs.HEL brake lines all round.

That's my thought as well, hotel looks ace but would miss out on the convoy and that is part of the fun and where the best rolling pics come from. Not unless there are enough people staying that they could have their own convoys.....

They are going to be an awesome sight, convoys from the North and South with 10-20 cars in each!

Slight problem with room booking as I've just discovered, there are no rooms available for the Saturday as there is a wedding on and they've taken all the rooms. I'm going to book for Sunday night as it looks well smart and I'd like to give them something back in return for getting the use of their grounds etc. As I'm/we are intending to travel down on Saturday we are now looking for somewhere else to stay in the area so we can just pop along in the morning to the meet. Security for the cars is obviously a major consideration so it will likely be another similar country house type property. It would be good to have a pre meet beer or two on the Saturday night. Perhaps some of you local guys know somewhere?
