Wrekka - done 4 runs
5.6,6.1,5.9 and 6.0
If I remember correctly. Put it on another thread.
I am guessing I've not done it quite right but indication is that they will be similar.
Fed power in at 3000 floored it and hit the button.
I'm not great at multi tasking so se error margin to factor in!!!

1/4 tank of fuel
I'm about 100kg

Cool
Thanks for doing that. Appreciate it. I did suspect that mine was a bit down on power and your results do possibly suggest this.

Yeah, when the lap timer is displayed press and hold the set button down for a couple of seconds. Then repeat this until all values are zero.

You hold the button underneath on the bottom of the stalk to reset it for about 3 seconds . You click the the rocker switches to start, and to start new laps.

Did a few runs coming home from the airport in the wee hours of the morning.

Car is as the sig says and its got 96,000km/59,000miles on the clock. Temp was spot on and I only about 50k worth of fuel left and my weight 78kg.

Not sure of the elevation and temp was in the single digits and i forgot to turn off the traction control.

Run 1 - 8.1
Run 2 - 8.0
Run 3 - 8.1

That’s about .6 down from when the car was basically stock and without the CC and MRC treatment when i did the runs in Jun 2011.

Need to get out again and try and make sure my timing is spot on, don’t want to be jumping the gun on the stopwatch!

What's 50k of fuel?

Best way to do it is start the stopwatch and leave it running, then film it and the tach with your phone or camera

Sorry, typo, i had the range on to see what was left in the tank and it was showing 50 kilometres left.

Works well. You can pause the video on 3000 and again on 8000 and get it perfect.

Had a go at this tonight.

Standard car, 42k miles
Temp 8.5deg c
3/4 tank of tesco 99ron
Just me in the car, 80kg
Not been carbon cleaned
Pretty much at sea level - between 1 & 3m above

Average time over three runs 8.4 sec

Car feels strong and definite kick as the revs get going. I'm guessing it's making close to factory power?

I've done 3 more tonight.
5.7,6.0 and 5.8

Having revisited the thread from the start I am 3/4 throttle and then flooring it at about 2950 revs...
Think that's incorrect way to do it but not sure if it will make a difference or not..

That's quite fast

Just floor it right away. The odds of you getting it right after you are trying to go WOT within 50rpms of 3000 are slim. Especially if your throttle response isn't instant.
