EPC error

Hello friends...

I live in Korea.
I recently did a full overhaul on my RS4.
I solved most of the problems before the overhaul, but there is still one problem left.

I sometimes get an EPC error, but when I check with the diagnostic, the error comes from the intake flap side.
I tried replacing the flap position sensor, but it didn't help.
The sensor arm has a lot of play in it, so it's hard to repair, so I bought a second-hand intake from the UK and replaced it, but the problem still occurs. What could be the problem? If the wiring is the problem, do I need to replace the main harness with a complete one?
