Intrument cluster/ driver speaker rattle?

There is a strange rattle coming from the driver door speaker or behind the instrument cluster when the car is accelerating between 3-4.5k rpm but it doesn't do it when the car is in neutral.
Does anyone have any ideas what this could be before I start ripping it to bits?

I had this. It was the air instake duct up inside the front drivers wing. May be in my posts history, i recall taking the arch liner away and shoving a rag inside there to prove it.
