In stock form it will idle when cold at about 1500/1800 rpm (can’t remember exactly, but someone will confirm) for about one / one and a half minutes. If it’s been mapped out it will drop to about 900rpm in next to no time. I.e. not annoy your neighbours all the time.

Its pretty standard for the flap rods to wear. As Simon says, get them locked open and coded. Replacing the manifold, even with a used one that has had the work is likely to be more expensive when you allow for the labour too.

Depends if you are carbon cleaning etc too and whether that is a basic clean or extensive. Plus port, etc. Speak to MRC or CM Tuning (Chris, ex MRC based in the north).
