Amd...I would never go there again...last visit..the mechinic asked me to leave the Shop..as he said he gets nervous if he is watched when working on a car...+ I found there customer service real <beep>!

Anyway..I have 100cell cats...fitted by the previous owner..and was told by unit 20..that a map would be needed for this cat..

Car does pull well..never had a carbon clean that I know off...

I would get it cleaned and mapped at MRC. You then have a benchmark and know were you are. It also depends a lot on drvining and use. Drive it hard for long journies, don't do many miles and you will maintain performance. Tootle round town like a diesel fairy and it will clogg up like a sewer at Calais docks.
RS4 B7, Mugello Blue, K&W V3 & HR ARBs, set up by Centre Gravity, Milltek Valved Non Res & cat bypass pipes, BMC air filter, braided hoses, DOT 5.1, Terraclean, MRC Full Carbon Clean, MRC remap 448PS 477NM, 20" S7 alloys with 4mm spacers & Hawke spigots 66.6 > 57.1, AP Racing front discs. Sold Sept 2019. Now rocking an F80 M3
