PILOT SPORT CUP 2 or AD08R?

Post by adofly » Fri Aug 05, 2016 6:28 am

My current AD08s are worn out. I was super happy with them
I do mostly fast mountain driving and occasional track days.

I'm thinking to go Michelin this time to try something different, what do you guys think about the PILOT SPORT CUP 2??

I put them on my car before a Nurburgring trip and they are pretty awesome. Supposedly pretty decent in the wet too, while they are new(ish) anyway.

Wear wasn't too bad either, they didn't exactly melt away on track and I was pushing them fairly hard. Probably took 1/3rd off the fronts in 10 laps (130 track miles) the rears didn't lose much.

Plan to use Cup 2s as summer tires for my Cayman as well when I get through with the OEM P Zeros.
