Car covers

Post by Wotsirb » Fri Dec 18, 2015 12:33 pm

Anyone running a car cover on their Wagon?

Just sorted the wife a VW UP so the RS is no longer a daily.

Ideally want something recommended that someone is using/selling! Looked on the old Google but it doesn't necessarily mean the quality is any good...

Thanks!

Have you found that it scratches the car at all?

Are there vents/foam for the surfaces so it minimises wear?

I got a good deal on a storm shield cover from a user on here , its a good custom fit, so even without the straps its not going anywhere

I've got an indoor cover from Specialised Covers; it's brilliant. Had one of their outdoor covers too (which I sold to forum member Irn_bru_ce). Don't buy a cheap Halfrauds one if you value your paint
