Does anyone own RK57PBV??

Hi all. Does anyone own or know of this B7. Reg RK57PBV. Avus silver with black optics.
This was my car which was written off in 2012. It was supposed to be a total loss cat b break only.
I did a curiosity check on it today and I was shocked to find that it is back on the road.
What is surprising is that it was obliterated in the accident. I was hit from behind and then shoved sideways into the rear of a Lorry totally destroying the rear and side of the car.
I hate to think someone could be owning a RINGER cause no way this B7 could have been repaired.
I will dig out some pictures and you will see what I mean.

Bloody hell that's not a very pretty site, glad you walked away. AskMid is showing the reg as insured & the car as an A4, whereas a check on my reg shows an AudiA4 RS4 Quattro!

On this site it says my private reg as previous and says it has MOT and tax.

Quite scary that, askMID just says whether a vehicle is insured on the Motor Insurers database. So someone has put the car back on the road if I understand correctly, but according to askMID only, not as a RS?

Flesh wound?? My head went through the side window and just missed head butting the wagon.
And also if you look at the roof its pushed up in the middle. The rear quarter is pushed forward about 6inches. Basically the car ended up like a banana. On the engineers report it listed every part to repair it and the total cost including a new shell was £29,000.

It's not unknown for RS4s to be shown as A4s on several insurance etc. databases - I used to get an insurance renewal call "about my A4" because that's what the headline details were on their database.

On the other hand, could DVLA have reissued the number onto a different vehicle?
