Don't complain, it's a slow work week and people need to be entertained.
That said, this sort of venting is common in the US and Oz, I'm not saying you Brits need to follow suit, however, you are far too polite and probably suffer considerably worse cuntstomer service than the previously mentioned nations. I guess you guys are finding it embarrassing because this is a pretty close-knit forum and everyone knows (of) the OP and Revolution, that said, this is business and this is the age of always-on social media. Both parties know this. Revolution make money from social media and the OP has every right to use that same channel to hold them to their word. I think this forum is a better place to do that rather than Faceslam or Twatter, at least on here it's contained in a sandbox of people 'in the know', as opposed to every Jeremy Kyle <beep> 'out there'.

Just sayin'.

the suspension arrived today and i couldnt be more happier, i have already been out in the garage fitting the fronts

im pleased its all sorted now and the guys at Revolution got it sorted
