chrome silver loon looking fresh

Post by seaney76 » Sun Jun 14, 2015 1:03 pm

Ive had my chrome silver loon back after the new H&R suspension was fitted, it was sitting low but I've had it raised to what i feel is acceptable but yet an aggressive height. its just had a 13 stage wash and cut back, which makes the colour really pop out and its finish is feels and looks like glass all over.

contemplating 8mm hubcentric spacers all round?,

Wow that looks really nice! Never been a fan of silver RS4s but seen a few nice photos recently.

Need to sort out those yellow sidelights and fogs though.

Looks awesome! Silver and dark accents really work well.

Enjoy.

Do you recommend LEDS in the fogs and sidelights

Yes LEDs for sidelights; Trups is your man. And I wouldn't bother with the fog lights; does anybody actually ever use them (on any car)? They're good for nothing in the fog. I tried a set of LEDs but kept throwing up errors and as I never use them it wasn't worth my time or money buying loads of them until I found a set that works. I currently have a set of aftermarket halogens in there; I don't like the look of them but I can't remember actually ever using them.

Oh, you might as well sort out the DRLs while you're at it!

thanks guys, its good when others spot lil details to help tidy it up.

ill definitely get them sorted, the seat back corners are being wrapped brushed aluminium to finish off the cabin, as i have the ally inserts not carbon. my friend runs a media production company and used it to shoot a promo so ill post it up when he's edited (directors and their creativity)!!!

Hello mate very nice and clean what's the spec and is this the one from performance paddock? Once you had new springs on did you have to have wheels allighighed ?

no its not the performance paddock one and its completely standard, apart from H&R suspension. I'm gonna take a trio to MRC and seek advice from the gurus. th alignment was done after the goodyear eagle F1 were put on saturday. this saturday the exhaust gets sorted.
