So cars currently with the phirm after having problems changing gear and Tim confirmed I need new clutch so getting that done Tim also noticed oil pipes starting to sweat so suggested changing cooler and mentioned the forge one so question is are these what people go for anyone running one and give me some advice

just had exactly same deal as you swapped mine for a forge oil cooler like 10 days ago
mechanic said the build quality was excellent

it was mounted higher to stop road debris hitting it but so far three days in im content my oil isn't going to drop out in the near future

I have one. No issues other than when the garage fitted it they said some bolts were missing so they used their own ones and I seem to be suffering from the vibration issue the early coolers suffered due to the wrong size bolts.
Good quality kit. Looks sexy. Not sure the high mounting was was to stop it getting damaged as the original one never had any issues down there. I think it is more likely that's the only.place they could fit it easily.
Oh, and if you jet wash the front when the car is hot it looks like you are over heating due to the cooler being right in the aim of the jet wash.
