Had new wheel bearings on RS4 B7

All round new wheel bearings fitted but off side is squeaking while driving very slightly, any ideas to the cause of it??
Work done by none audi dealer it was actual an accident repair centre!
Modified standard exhaust Modified deflapped inlet manifold ported and polished
Head and valve decoke Performance K&N panel filter. Remapped. Lowered slightly (20mm) on KW performance springs Widened on 10mm spacers.

Check the back plate isn't rubbing on the disc. When they were knocking seven bells out of the bearing to remove it, they could have bent this plate. Or some debris is jammed in this area.

Back plate is fine it's bearing sweek defo.
