Agree. For 7 years. About 200 to 220 per tank.

Officially, like all B6/B7 quattro versions it's a 63 litre tank but if you're driving straight afterwards the lever trick can get up to 7 litres extra in.

I only fill to the normal level and fill up before the warning comes on. I get about 190 - 210 miles to a tank so you lot must drive like miss daisy. When I fill up I normally get around 54 litres in so i get about 200 miles for 54 litres.
Maybe its coz I only checked when I first got the car but 200 per tank for me too :(

From Kent to the Ring i noramlly needed to fill up before getting to the ring - Bedfordshire to Spa you may just get there on a tank, im guessing it will be close though

Maybe you get better fuel economy from avants as they are slower........ :assflash:
I am about the same, with town driving and a few spirited bits in between I get about 200 miles if I am lucky. I have had every sensor and everything else changed and car is running sweet ( a bit rich but still great) so its not anything else causing low mpg. If I do a long run I get about 250 to a tank (maybe 10-20 miles showing remaining on the computer)

I used to be quite anal about what I was getting on the tank and just realised it put a mental damper on enjoying the car so I stopped looking so often :-) I have spent a fair bit on the car over the 2 years ownership (maybe bad luck, things at their time of needing replacing etc but I have realised its not a car to drive hand to mouth, you really need to keep a bit of a slush fund just incase... if you dont use it great but I have spent a fair bit. I am sure there are many on here who's have not skipped a beat and not put much in but if I was on a budget just be wary.....all that aside these are bloody awesome cars which are not recognised by average joe public which I love but would put a lot of performance cars to shame :blackrs4:

I know you were not asking that specifically but I am sure a lot of people thinking of buying these searching the forum would be drawn to this topic.. like I used to be :-)

Just insider the filler on the left hand side [IE rear end facing] there is a small black button/lever - Fill the car up as much as you can and then with your finger/end of the nozzle push the lever down - you should hear a sucking noise as the petrol enters the expansion tank - fill up slowly again and repeat until you can't get any more fuel in - be warned it can take about another 5 mins to cram another 6 or 7 litres in - I always do it - I think you can probably cram 70 or even 72 lt in if you are patient.
