I've tried painting it as a practical family car. Where we can get a good Child Seat in it and a Buggy with the weekly Shop. But I can't ignore the running costs, unfortunately I don't have the best paying occupation in the world. I'm not deterred from getting an RS4 it will just have to wait a little longer.

Well its been an interesting 2 weeks I've been looking at as many RS4's as possible. Got to drive 3 as well and I can now see what all the fuss is about :)
However I also found out this week that I'm going to be a Father next year so unfortunately the RS4 dream will have to stay just that. I'd like to thank everyone for their advise on my many, many questions. Audi A4 TDI here I come :)

Cheers

That's the special power of RS4 ownership right there. You've not even bought one yet, but just driving a few and you've already impregnated someone.. :biggrin3:

Hi Guys I am also a noob to this forum and indeed Audi.
I have just purchased (4weeks) an RS6 2011 and already require some assistance.
The suspension fault light has come on and 10 mins later so did the EPC light and it went into limp mode, I got home, turned off the engine and on again and the lights went out but after a brief drive the suspension light came back on but the EPC hasn't so far and I seem to have full power - any clues?

Hi John and thanks: yes, it's just out of manufactures warranty but I got 3 months when I purchased, I'm hoping to claim with them after the weekend - was looking for a heads up prior to claiming.

Its a power like none other!! I think my wife will have quads next!!
Having a child was my perfect excuse to buy an RS.. If my wife has quads I'm gonna request a stretched RS6 limo..
