GAZ-MAN, any time you see someone quote "The Rules" you can take it as tounge in cheek!

you say 283 cars in 13 years, Rule 1 says photo's or it didnt happen...all the rules are there as a bit of a joke, sorry if you missed that...

Except rule 34, thats pretty much fact!
