Why? Last time I checked it was a free country and free to join forum? If there is fear its a scam, the owner of an appropriate RS 4 could call the tv company for conformation or if they turn up and don't see TV vans, drive away.

I really hope its not the case that things like this would need to go through PhilT so he can select someone or someones car?

Hello again

I am still here, apologies for the delay in responding on here and indeed to all your e-mails. I have had a great response and if ever we were going to film the biggest gather of RS4's then I know where to begin.
As you can imagine there are a few e-mails to get through so I will reply to every one of you, please bear in mind we are only looking for one and very rarely get such a great turn out.

In the meantime worry not about the legitimacy of the the post, a quick google of Simon Smith Fifth Gear should bring up various threads and posts of similar searches for different shows we have been looking for owners vehicles from. A quick call to North One TV Birmingham office should also clear any doubts up.

Gutted - Simon emailed me to say come along to use my RS4 as I live 2 minutes away from where they will be filming.

Unfortunately I thought I would be flying back from honeymoon on 29 Aug and so could make it. Looked at my flight details to find its an overnight flight and after adding time difference I actually land early doors on 30 Aug.

Hiya guys

Just wanted to say thanks for all your input, message and kind offers. Since we are filming next week I've confirmed with someone, it was a tough call since there are so many perfect RS4s out there!
Out of interest the show is due to air in Spring 2014 series on Discovery UK and then a few months later in Europe and North America
