We just did a Brisbane/Sydney/Brisbane trip (2000km) innthe B7 and I took the spare out of the B5 "just in case". Didn't need it fortunately. I'm running 275/30/19's on both cars and have a 265/35/18 spare innthe B5 which works a treat and fits in the whel well.

On longer journeys I carry a 125/70 R19 spacesaver bought from another member on the forum. It's in a zipped bag with Velcro pads so it doesn't slide around in the back (Avant). I also carry a small bottle jack as I don't trust the scissor jack like the one on th e eBay advert.

As well as the sealant I also carry a puncture repair kit - my hope is this or the AA will get me home with the sealant as last resort, but would have much prefered a spacesaver or full size spare integrated into the car.
