RAGING! Car keyed

I had mine keyed a while back - the whole hatchback and rear light lenses and a couple of days later someone scuffed up the rear bumper and didn't leave their details - this was in a station car park where I leave my car a few times a week. Sure I was pissed off/gutted but did I think about getting rid of the car? - hell no - I just got it repaired and got on with things. I wouldn't let anything like that stop me from owning a nice car. I still park at the station too.

you have 2 options......

1. move, get a driveway and garage.

2. sleep in the car with a sawn off!

there is no option 3 which would be to sell the car.

I had mine keyed (both nearside doors) back in August 2007 within a couple of months of taking delivery - had it sorted and not had a repeat, and loved driving every time over the (nearly) 7 years since.

Don't sell it, as others have said that will be letting the scumbags win and it's too good a car to deprive yourself of it because of some low lifes.

Can understand why your pissed off fella,I would feel the same...but selling it seems a bit extreme..my missus had her crappy green focus keyed last year,so you could sell buy a shitter and still have that keyed..how pissed off would you be then?...

I didn't think I would get my T5 keyed, I doubt it was a jealous builder

I couldn't live with the stress of having to leave the RS outside, I wouldn't own a decent car if I had to do that, sad times.

im same as you jay, wife uses car everyday and when i get home from work, im pulling it back in the drive ( facing out so she can get out next day, she carnt reverse out or pull it back in ) when i go shopping if car parks are rammed me not parking up!! wife goes mad lol

but pclarke i feel for you, ive fallen out we cars when you have to get the painted, but like everybody is saying dont let them win, as long you get a good paint job, you' ll feel alot better, its when its a bad job, you want to get rid!!
