8mm all round or 8mm front and 10mm rear, what is the best do you reckon?
Depends on what tyres, wheels, suspension you have.
If they are all standard then I reckon 10mm on the back.

Yeah 10mm fits no probs on a standard set-up with no rubbing (in my experience) even when fully loaded and all my amps and sub in the boot (sub without the wood weighs 30kg alone). Plenty of photos knocking about, let me know if you can't find them.

Most (inc. myself) have 8mm front and 10mm back with normal (not SS+). Works well - non-res Milltek is ok but 'drones' around 1800-2000 rpm but you drive around it Chris so it's not a problem and it truly the only mod you can do that keeps the car stock IMHO.

Avants argueably are best, but then again, I'm going to be biased....

The rear diffuser doesn't seem to be joined to anything. But it does look well hard!

That pic is about 5 years old and has done the rounds on car forums, general consensus is that the pic is photoshopped.
