Vred Sessanta fitting

Post by joesnow » Wed Jan 16, 2013 6:48 pm

Took delivery of 4 Ultrac Sessantas today and noticed the tread is identical on all 4. There is writing on the tyre wall which indicates the inside edge but that means the tread on 1 side of the car would be going in the opposite direction to other side.

I assume that's ok as there wasnt a near side/offside option for these tyres, as far as I'm aware anyway.

Hopefully this picture will explain what I mean. I have placed them so the inner edges are facing each other.

Oh no they given you only near side tyre's, if you fit those the car will just go round in circles

I'm sure these tyre's are good for the price, but they just look wrong when looking at the rear of the car IMO

Confused the hell out of me too and I had to ask on here just like you have!

I disagree with Silas though, I think they look good when they're on. Which is odd as I normally like things to be symmetrical..
