Glad you got it sorted :biggrin2: Like Adrian, my Galaxy S2 worked perfectly with the bluetooth 'out of the box', no fiddling required.

well, just as soon as I got it working, I went swimming in the pool with it in my pocket lol. Damn...phone was fried, but after 2 nights in rice, it was fine, or so I thought. everything works except connecting to the network (my service provider). So that's a bit of a disaster. Basically the phone is now a 4.3" wifi Android tablet.

So what's next...S3? Samsung Note?

The S3 is HUGE. I don't own one but know a few people who regret buying such a big screen.

It is not much different to the s2 really

In any event I ordered a Samsung note...which is legitimately huge. I won't regret it though.

As long as it is still portable, I think we will all see our phones growing in size over the next few years. Samsung is ahead of the curve on this.

After using a galaxy s2, holding and using an iPhone seems like child's play and an eye torture device, it is so small. The new iPhone 5 will grow dramatically to keep up and I reckon the iPhone 6 will again in 2014.

Re: size, I hope not. I like the current sized iPhone. I have a Nexus 7 for the gap between iPhone and computer - it's my first experiment with android and I'm quite impressed.

I've had similar problems every now and then, I can't be 100% sure but I think I had the problem more when I had the Astrid app installed on my phone. I think it may be something to do with having an app that basically takes over the control of the phone function (like Astrid does). I unistalled Astrid and haven't had a problem since.
