I haven't even thought about next winter mate, I'm waiting for this years summer to start! I'll have a think about it but would be getting a spare set of wheels if I do so it starts to get quite expensive. I still have the winter wheels/tyres from my M3 so will also be trying to sell these.

Wow man, hats off to you, those seats look stunning

Did you do them yourself ? If so you have crazy skills especially lining the weave up like you have.

I know how hard good carbon work is to get done

Ha-haa, I'm not a professional so not sure I'd do this on someone else’s pride and joy!

Thanks Jules, yep everything except the leather work and the final lacquer coat on the carbon. Were the carbon parts on yours lacquered or polished?

Yeah respect mate, I had a go at carbon skinning my oil cooler spoiler and stuffed it right up. I thought I'd try that before the seats as it's cheaper to replace and so glad i did lol... Found a local guy now who's offered to do it for me, he's currently doing an engine cover for me first to give me confidence of the quality lol then it's onto my seat backs as well :)

Yeah it can be a bit of a nightmare, the resin doesn't always do what it's supposed to! Hope he does a good job, carbon backs will look very cool with your silver leather.

Got the seats back in so heres how they look in the car, the lighting was all wrong for photographing the carbon backs so will have to wait for another day to get better pics.
