Vag-com to reset fuel trims/throttle body

Post by rs4head » Sat Feb 18, 2012 3:29 pm

Need to reset above (I am informed?) as just had a gruppe m induction and the car is a little bit stuttery, throttle a bit too on/off, rather than progressive.

Anyone able to help me in Birmingham area? Happy to pay a few quid for this rather than let AUDI charge an hours labour to me for what I assume is a 2 minute job!?!?

cheers

This guy used to contribute quite abit on these boards (under the name neckarsulm) but doesnt post so much since he sold his 4. He has a VAG specific garage in Hollywood: http://www.volkswizard.co.uk/

Might do you for free if you mention 246.

Doesn't resetting all fault codes clear fuel trims?
Tb alignment is an operation on the engine controller iirc
