hm, will try that - mine are completely stuck. Tried one can of wd40 - no result.
I also checked but there is no vaccum leak because of the disconnected hoses - i plugged it up and there is no leak.

My flaps are the opposite. Really lose and rattle on occasions, a bit like the wife's
I am ALWAYS in 'S' mode though.
I had no intention of going down the Milly route but may 'have to' now

worth a vac check - the springs are fairly hefty so shouldn't rattle unless either theres a vac problem or perhaps a hinge bracket type thing has broken. if it's on occasions then I'd lean towards the vac leak.Shagga wrote:My flaps are the opposite.
